This project consists of the demolition of a portion of existing parking lot B, construction of a new 50,000 square foot steel frame, two story-structure with plaster exterior along with associated site work located at the corner of Magnolia Avenue and Fairfax Avenue.
Strategically located at the campus’ “front door”, the facility will provide RCC Students with all of the administrative and support services necessary to maximize their college experience. The new building will include a Welcome Center, Veterans Resource Center, Testing Rooms, Assembly/Lecture Hall, a Counseling Resource Center and Administrative Offices.
