Saiful Bouquet is providing comprehensive structural engineering services for the John and Marcia Price Computing and Engineering Building. Set as the flagship environment for Computer Science, this impressive 253,000 sf structure will rise six stories tall, strategically positioned eastward of the John and Marva Warnock Building. The urgency of this project aligns with the growing demand for engineering and computer science graduates, aiming to bolster the college’s annual output by an additional 300 individuals. With student enrollment in engineering and computer science programs more than doubling in the last two decades, this structure is a vital response to meet the burgeoning demand.

Envisioned as a hub of innovation, the six-story edifice will encompass a versatile array of facilities: 100 faculty and staff offices, 70,000 sf of research space, a 400-seat auditorium, 12 state-of-the-art classrooms, ample open collaboration spaces, 15 dedicated conference rooms and spacious event areas.
