The Collins College of Hospitality Management Expansion at Cal Poly Pomona is a 15,000sf expansion space for two new buildings: a classroom and faculty building and a student commons building. The classroom/faculty workspace includes director offices, administration and lobby space, six faculty offices, a conference room, storage, graduate student classrooms, and lecture rooms. The student commons also has a graduate student social space, group study rooms, a student recreation area and a food/beverage cart.

The building was awarded a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification from the United States Green Building Council. The Collins College is the first academic building to receive LEED Gold certification at Cal Poly Pomona.
