Saiful Bouquet is the structural engineer for California State University Fullerton’s new student housing project, situated on the east side of campus. The project involves the demolition of Phase 1 housing to make way for the proposed development. The new facility, spanning approximately 145,000 GSF, will accommodate 508-beds and feature 127-four-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms, kitchen, and living room spaces, each averaging 1100 SF.

Additionally, the project includes two approximately 880 sf staff 2-bedroom apartments and 6 approximately 520 SF single-bedroom Residential Assistant (RA) apartments. Ground-floor shared amenity spaces, support spaces, and maintenance areas are also incorporated into the design, along with the construction of a new approximately 82-stall parking lot on the east side of the buildings.
