His diverse design talents encompass a wide variety of projects and building types including public works, institutional and commercial buildings, hospitality and gaming facilities, healthcare, heavy industrial facilities, national defense systems, and heavy rail transportation systems.
Mr. Lee’s experience with value engineering on previous projects is utilized in the preliminary project design stages to ensure a cost efficient structural solution that will support the desired architectural design approach while meeting the client’s expectations.
