Michael Liou is a Project Manager with Saiful Bouquet. He has extensive design and Construction Administration experience with a wide variety of projects including DSA, OSHPD and private projects. He has been involved with both steel and concrete structures.
Mr. Liou has worked on the Martin Luther King Inpatient Tower Expansion and the award winning design of the new Children’s Hospital of Central California. He has also been involved with the Design-Build Middle College High School at the LA Southwest College campus. Mr. Liou is currently working on the $215 Million Kaiser South Bay Replacement Hospital and $120M Design-build Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital.
