Saiful Bouquet provided structural engineering services for the $300M Clovis Community Medical Center (CCMC) Phase C expansion project. The 390,000 sq. ft. expansion consists of several new buildings on the medical center campus: a 5-story, 148-bed patient tower,  a double-height new main entrance and lobby building, a modern 2-story emergency and surgery expansion building,  a food service expansion, a new materials management building, and a central plant upgrade, were all designed to meet the community’s needs.

The 5-story patient tower building and the 1-2 story site buildings are steel structures that utilize Special Moment Resisting Frames with reduced beam section beam-column connections. The structures are supported on conventional spread footings.
