Saiful Bouquet provided structural engineering services for the Claremont McKenna College Mid-Quad Residence Halls. The project renovates and expands 5 existing residence hall buildings (Beckett Hall, Phillips Hall, Berger Hall, Benson Hall & Marks Hall) all built between 1956 and 1964.

The existing buildings are 2 and 3 story concrete and masonry buildings. The scope of the project is to substantially renovate the existing structures while adding new dormitory and common space to the area. The renovation will include a building two new 2-story structures between Berger & Benson Hall, a 2-story addition to Beckett Hall, a 3-story addition to Marks Hall and other structural renovations to the remaining buildings. The project includes the construction of a new central plant to serve all the buildings. Design and construction is phased to minimize disruptions during the school year.
