Saiful Bouquet provided full structural design services for the new 30,000 sq. ft. Crowell Public Library in San Marino, California. The state-of-the-art facility includes a community meeting room, computer lab, and multiple study areas for the local community and visitors.  The new library has a Spanish architectural style that compliments the neighboring buildings to create a cohesive neighborhood. Natural Light pours into the main library area through a double height clearstory above. A subtle color palate of orange, lime green, deep brown and white crete both volume and vibrancy in the various spaces.

Saiful Bouquet had performed the initial analysis of the previous library building before the City of San Marino decided to replace the structure. Our team worked closely with the design team and client to provide the best structural system that met both programmatic needs and the budget.
