** PRIOR FIRM EXPERIENCE
As Project Engineer, Robert Randall worked on the structural engineering design for the new, 275,000 square foot production building located on the Disney Studios lot in Burbank, California. The five-story building houses movie and television studio production, office space along with three levels of underground parking.
The super structure has a unique footprint with an open center courtyard. The super structure is of steel frame construction employing the use of welded steel moment frames for the main lateral resisting system. The ground floor and elevated parking levels below are of concrete construction with concrete slabs, beams and columns.
