Mahmoud Faghihi, SE has over 21 years of structural engineering experience in Southern California, specializing in the design, performance-based design, and seismic rehabilitation of large-scale, complex structures. His portfolio spans diverse market sectors, including commercial, institutional, mixed-use, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure. Notable projects include the Century Plaza Towers and Hotel, the Consolidated Rent-A-Car (ConRAC) facility at LAX, and the Hall of Justice retrofit.
Faghihi’s expertise encompasses the design and execution of concrete, steel, and timber structures, with specialized proficiency in high-rise and tall building design.
